UPDATE: 3 People Shot on Rockford's South Side
Three people were shot last night in the 3200 Block of 10th Street in Rockford.

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Three people were shot last night on Rockford's South side.
Police say, it happened in the 3200 Block of 10th Street just after midnight Friday morning.
Officers say, people were having a party in a vacant lot when a blue van drove by and started shooting into the crowd . They fired 10 to 12 rounds into their direction.
As the van rushed away it crashed in a ditch and two white men were seen running away,police say, as of early this morning no one is in custody.
The three victims were treated at local hospitals and they are expected to be ok.

I went to school with all of the guys that were shot and they are all good guys! They arnt gang bangers and some people need to understand that just because a group of friends hangs out alot doesnt mean that they are in a gang! These are just normal everyday guys! So what if they like to drink or even smoke if they arnt hurting anyone oh well! And I agree Kevin we should just get rid of these S.O.B.'S instead of taking care of thier miserable lives. If there is Strong evidence that someone has raped murdered ect then they should be gone and never seen again. for those lesser crimes our prisoners should have to grow their own food and do all of the cooking cleaning and repairs that are needed! if your food doesnt grow you dont eat! If you dont sew the rip in your blanket you go to bed cold! If you dont fix make new clothes you go naked! No tv or games no music no school! nothing!

so if they were drink and being a bunch of fools then its ok?not if they live by you it wouldnt.maybe they will find one day you cant hide from your problems in a bottle.

they where not outside selling drugs first of all and 2nd they are not gang members...so get your facts straight before u start assuming things...we are praying for you bud get well soon!!!!
