TOWN OF PLYMOUTH, WI (WIFR) -- A Rock County highway is back open after being shut down for more than five hours following a deadly crash.
It happened just after 9:30 a.m. Friday on highway 11 and Dunbar Road. The Rock County Sheriff's Department says an 86-year-old Edgerton man died after his car cross over the highway almost hitting a semi truck, causing it to roll over.
The truck driver was taken to the hospital for a head injury, right now his condition is not being released.
Deputies say weather conditions likely caused the crash, but the investigation is ongoing. The names of the victims haven't been released.
