ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Our very own Whitney Martin helped host the 19th annual Groundwater Festival at RVC.
Hands on activities and performances helped teach 4th and 5th graders learn what it takes to keep our Groundwater safe to drink. It’s all put together by the Winnebago County Health Department.
