Rockford police may soon get an armored vehicle

Rockford may soon be getting a quick response ballistic armored vehicle in an attempt to better protect their officers.


It's not something we see often, an election decision coming to a coin toss or drawing of the high card, but one sub district of our school board is using this odd deciding factor.
