One stateline woman is bringing new meaning to the phrase multi tasking mom not only is she opening up two new stores, she's pregnant.
The same week Rinku Patel is due, she's managing to fit in the grand opening of two new stores in Loves Park. This mom with a two year old at home and another son on the way always needs to keep busy.
Patel and her husband are opening up a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robins in one store and then a Rolly Poly, which is a sandwich wrap shop, right next door. One way the Patel's manage to do both, divide and conquer.
Rinku says, "When we're at work we're focused on work, when we're at home were mainly focused on him we try and have both lives separately."
When we asked Patel, what she would say to aspiring entrepreneurs, she quickly responded you have to do two things, go out there and try, and take risks.
The stores just opened on Broadcast Parkway in Loves Park.
