When it comes to exercising and staying fit there are some new snack packs out there that are supposed to help us out with portion control but what we might not realize is how much they're going to cost us.

They are the popular 100 calorie snack packages. In the last year, the sales have jumped 38% but it's an expensive way to eat less.

Ounce for ounce, a box of 100 calorie packs costs more than twice as much as a regular box. While some say we'd save a lot if we just portioned things out on our own, others claim the convenience is worth the cost.
