By FRAZIER MOORE AP Television Writer NEW YORK (AP) -- A formidable slate of what's been called "crime-and-cry" dramas kept CBS on top in viewership last week. According to Nielsen Media Research, it was the ninth straight week that CBS led the pack, scoring eight of the week's top 10 scripted programs, including the freshman drama "The Mentalist," ranked fourth. Meanwhile, Fox's "American Idol" held the top two positions, with the show's the Tuesday and Wednesday editions. And ABC grabbed the third slot with the Monday edition of its own reality-competition series, "Dancing with the Stars." Tuesday's "Dancing" results show took seventh place.
