The figure skater has won ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" competition. She topped fellow finalist and pro football star Jason Taylor in the combined tally of the judges' scoring and viewer votes.

Yamaguchi is the first woman to win on the popular reality series since the very first season when Kelly Monaco took the trophy.

Yamaguchi says winning Season 6 is just the "icing on the cake." She adds doing the show was a "dream experience."

Runner-up Taylor says he had the time of his life taking part in the dance competition.
