WASHINGTON D.C. (AP) -- The Republican presidential candidates are campaigning hard in South Carolina with just three days to go until that state's primary.

A newly released CBS News-New York Times poll of Republican voters nationwide shows Mitt Romney still holds a solid lead.

But his opponents continue to attack the front runner including the fact that his income tax rate is close to 15 percent, meaning he pays a much lower tax rate than many Americans.
