ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Forbes Magazine has dubbed Rockford as the 9th Most Dangerous and Most Miserable City in the United States. So one local artist is looking to change that mentality for those who live here.

Cinematographer Pablo Korona researched the Rockford Region and uncovered some fascinating stories. His project is titled "Our City, Our Story".

Twice a month he will release a documentary-like video of different but unique stories. The first video went viral Tuesday on its Facebook page about "The Singing Tailor".
