ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Illinois State Senator Dave Syverson's re-election campaign receives a major endorsement Thursday from The Illinois Chamber of Commerce.

The Organization is throwing their support behind the Republican running in the newly drawn 35th District. Senator Syverson faces Incumbent Christine Johnson in the upcoming republican primary.
