23 News healthcare expert Dr. Bill Gorski says healthcare reform will be difficult because it's tough to figure out how to control skyrocketing health costs due to the number of players involved. If anything, he says costs may stabilize, and could involve some tough decisions between you and your doctor.

Data shows costs in the Rockford area are expected to rise about 3% this year, and that is a little less than last year's rate.

ROFL at this guy's comment. In this Obamacare garbage (2700 page bill with only 400 actual pages related to to healthcare)banning the use of vitamins and supplements are criminal. Requiring everyone to buy a product of any kind is unconstitutional and illegal. Government run healthcare is a complete failure, we have had it in this country for years and it's the worst on the planet. Don't believe me go to any VA hospital in this country and take a look. The Obamacare bill raises healthcare cost to insurance company's (the people who wrote the bill by the way) and lowers the standard of care. There is also a provision in the bill for death panels who have the authority to euthanize terminally ill patients. Don't believe me look it up and prove me wrong, you won't be able to. This bill was more about striping rights, liberties, and freedoms than anything. Like Obama said on Saturday, there are hundreds of them in this bill. By the way I am a biochemist.
