Harlem School District will receive a $250,000 grant from the Illinois Department of Transportation.

Harlem School District will receive a $250,000 grant from the Illinois Department of Transportation.
The grant will fund sidewalk construction as well as intersection improvements, pavement markings, raised crosswalks, solar powerd flashlights and bike racks at two Harlem School District Elementary Schools.
