I feel that the change to digital is great.I get 15 more channels now.I will be glad when all stations are full power digital.I may be able to get 25 more channels.

Paul, Did you do anything with your antenna? Change directions or unhook it? Sometimes when you re-adjust your antenna, you need to rescan your converter box for channels.

First the president should be addressed as such. So please remove the president elect and replace it with President Obama. I beleive there should be a delay because the economy is to bad for such a change financially at this time. Where is the money doing that is used to purchase these $50 boxes?

I don't understand why we are being forced to change to DTV box. If you are not going to give a choice then the boxes should be free!! I myself am a single Mom, I applied for my coupons which were lost in the mail & now are expired. I have tried to get replacements issued, with no luck. The website for customer support is a joke. It is a link that goes nowhere! I can't afford full amount for 1 box much less 2 for the 2 TV's at my house & If i could afford cable i would have already had it! I feel sorry for all the kids out there that will not have Saturday morning cartoons after 2/17/09. I believe the whole business should have been better thought out for I don't think the "Decision Makers" in this matter, have any concept of how many people that will actually be negatively effected by this change!

I put in a converter box in November. It worked perfectly on DTV for two months, then broadcast "no signal" on all stations, as it is doing now. Why ?

Those of us who CHOOSE to watch TV with an analog TV and who do not have cable or satellite should be left alone. I, for one, am perfectly happy with what I am watching. I do not understand why we are being FORCED to change. Once again, I feel like I'm being pressured into changing the way I watch TV in my own home. I just do not think this is right. In addition, I have a coupon, however, when I received it I did not open the envelope. Therefore, I was unaware of the expiration date. Now, I cannot receive a replacement coupon. If there was going to be an expiration date, why wasn't it 02/17/09? I am retired, and now have to spend money I didn't have and still don't have to be able to watch TV. I just don't think this is right.
