Harlem girls bowling earns national title, boys finish runner-up

Smyrna, Tenn. (WIFR) At the 2017 U.S. High School Bowling National Championship, it was the Harlem Huskies who shined brightest, with the girls team taking the National Title, and the boys team finishing in second place in the country.

The second-annual championship hosted bowlers representing 22 state from across the nation and took place in Smyrna, Tennessee just outside of Nashville on June 24 and 25th.

The teams qualified for the competition both the boys and girls won the IHSA State Title during their high school seasons.
