Harlem bowling set to take over national tournament

LOVES PARK, Ill. (WIFR) -- Harlem is used to bowling under pressure, and the boys and girls will be under the biggest lights this weekend at the high school national tournament.

The Huskies girls team is on an unprecedented run. They finished off back-to-back state championships in February and now have a chance to repeat as national champions this weekend.

The boys team is on a redemption mission. After winning state in 2017, the Huskies finished as runners-up at the national tournament. This past January, Harlem boys finished a disappointing fifth place.
