Rockford, Ill. While the final round of the NIC-10 boys golf tournament may have technically been won by Hononegah, it was Boylan who took the conference title, racking up the most points in their overall season.
At 623, the Indians two-day team score total may have been four points lower than the Titans' 627, but Boylan accumulated more conference tour points over their season to still walk away with the championship.
The Titans took first with 33 points, led by Zach Swartzbach's two-day total of 151, for a fourth place individual finish. Following that, the Indians took second place in the conference at 31 points, with Guilford coming in third place at 28 points.
The Vikings were led by Kyle Ketcham, who took first place individually with a 142, as well as teammate Troy Swanson, who took third place with a two-day total of 150, whose team score finish was 628. Harlem's Austin Young grabbed second place with a personal 149.
