Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms



Ingredients

  • 3 cans artichoke bottoms



    Optional Sauces



  • 1/2 cup Hot Ajvar



    Olive Spread



  • 1 cup black olive pate'
  • 1 cup black pitless kalamat olives
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 pieces green olives
  • 1 clove garlic



    Wild Rice Spread



  • 1-1 1/2 cups wild rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 1 tsp. no salt seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Worchester sauce
  • Salt to taste

  • Directions

    1. Fill artichoke bottoms with any of three sauces:
  • Hot Ajvar
  • Wild rice spread (stirred)
  • Olive spread



    2. Add onions to top of artichoke to season.
