Carrot Raisin Salad


2 lb. Carrots
1 2/3 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup raisins
2/3 cup crushed Pineapple
3 3/4 tb. Sugar


Wash, peel, and julienne carrots and drain the pineapple. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, however it is even better to let it sit overnight.
