Mexican Pasta



Ingredients

  • 12 oz. medium pasta
  • 3/4 lb. ground sirloin beef
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup salsa

  • Directions

    1. Prepare pasta according to directions.



    2. Brown beef and drain.



    3. Add beans, cumin and chili powder.



    4. Heat through.



    5. Combine all ingredients and toss well.
