Directions1. Heat oil.
2. Cook onion, carrot and celery.
3. Stir in spices. Add chicken broth and carrots and heat to boiling.
4. Add spinach and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add tortellini. Cook on a slow boil for 10 minutes, then reduce heat.
6. Add chicken broth as needed.
7. Sprinkle with Parmesan to serve.
