Hummus



Ingredients

  • 1 cup chick peas (garbanzo beans)
  • 1 Tbsp. tahini sesame paste
  • 1 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
  • Salt to taste

  • Directions

    1. Grind all ingredients in food processor until forming a creamy spreadable texture.



    2. Serve on flatbread.
