Directions1. Combine all the juices in a large pitcher.
2. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the juice. Stir with a whisk to separate the vanilla seeds.
3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least two hours or overnight.
Just before serving, add the ginger ale or club soda. Serve in ice-filled glasses.
Yield: 4-6 servings
