Linguine with Shrimp & Pancetta


2 T Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic, sliced
12 Shrimp
1/2c Grated Cheese
1/2c Bread Crumbs
Parsley, chopped
Basil, julienned
Salt & Pepper


Cook pasta in boiling, salted water.
Heat olive oil, ass garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper. Add pancetta and cook thoroughly.
When finished cooking ,add basil and toss with pasta. Finish with grated cheese and bread crumbs to taste.
