Directions1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk and add 1 tsp. salt and pepper to make the egg wash.
2. For the syrup, in a medium saucepan simmer cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar and orange zest for 15 minutes. Set aside and cover.
3. Heat up a large skillet on medium high and melt butter. Dip French bread in egg wash, then fry until golden brown on both sides; about one minute a side.
Serve with lots of butter and cranberry-orange syrup.
