12oz. Spicy Italian Sausage
2 – 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced thin
4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
½ -1lb Pasta of your choice

Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
DirectionsBegin by cooking pasta in boiling salted water, cook to al dente, and drain .
While pasta cooks, sauté Italian sausage in olive oil until brown. Add sliced red pepper and cook until tender. Add chopped garlic and cook until it just starts to brown. Add pasta and liberal amounts of pesto, according to your tastes. Mix well to coat. Top with red pepper flakes to taste.
