Bleu Cheese Fondue




Ingredients

  • 8 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz. semi dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. flour

  • Directions

    1. Heat wine in heavy bottom saucepan.



    2. Stir in flour and blend.



    3. Stir in bleu cheese, blend until smooth.



    4. Serve with veal, chicken or beef.
