Top Halloween candy for 2017

(WIFR) -- The national Retail Federation expects we will spend $2.7 billion on Halloween candy this year. Candy retailer, candystore.com looked at the last 10 years of candy shopping to find out what our top choices are in each state.

In Illinois, the number one candy may surprise you with Sour Patch Kids coming in first, followed by Kit Kat and Reese's rounding out the top three.

In Wisconsin, Starburst remains number one followed by Butterfinger and Jolly Ranchers.

Other top candies include M&Ms, Reese's and the Halloween classic, Candy Corn.
