PADUCAH, Ky. (WIFR) - A Rockford woman places in the top five of the National Quilt Museum's New Quilts from an Old Favorite: Bow Tie contest.
Karen Grover's "Black Tie and Tails" placed fourth in the competition.
The National Quilt Museum says quilters from thirteen states and Taiwan made quilts based on the classic Bow Tie block patterns.
