(CBS) -- Snapchat introduces a new map feature that lets users locate friends and meet up in real life, not just on their phones.
"Snap Map" lets users share their location, which automatically updates when they open the app. Users can also go into ghost mode if they don't want to share their location.
However, some users say tracking our every move on another app. Depending on privacy settings, the Snap Map will broadcast our exact location. Police warn the new update letting people know our location at any time could put us in a dangerous situation.
