BELOIT, Wis. (WIFR) - A Beloit man charged with making threats against a local motel has been arrested for the third time in a month and an employee is to thank.

Police say 33-year-old Daniel Metoxen tried to rob a Henry Avenue store Thursday with a screwdriver. He wasn't given any money and he ran off. An employee apparently followed Metoxen in order to give his location to police.

Metoxen is currently facing other charges for a bomb scare, telephone harassment and a domestic dispute. He is considered innocent until proven guilty.
