Accused of stealing an arsenal of firearms from a southern Wisconsin gun shop and sending anti-government messages to President Donald Trump, he says he regrets surviving his failed attempt to run from authorities.

Jakubowski says his 10 days on the run last April were the best days of his life. He told the Wisconsin State Journal that he's proud he was able to display his anger and frustration towards the government publicly but says he would rather have died in a gun battle with officers.

Now 33 years old, the self-proclaimed anarchist from Janesville was captured in Vernon County on April 14 after a landowner found him camping on his property.
