SILVER SPRING, MD (WIFR) - Hom/Ade Foods Inc. voluntarily recalls Mary B's brand biscuits over listeria contamination concerns.

The Food and Drug Administration says the problem was discovered by an outside co-packer sampling the product.

The recall affects several varieties of Mary B's biscuits with "Best If Used By" dates before September 23, 2018, and with the letter "M" immediately after the date. The products were distributed to 23 states including Illinois.

The UPC code can be found on the back of the bag in the lower right corner.
