UPDATE: ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) -- The Winnebago County Coroner releases the name of the woman who died days after she was involved in a one-car crash near Sandy Hollow Rd. and Kishwaukee St. in Rockford.
The coroner says 24-year-old Jateyrrica Scott died from a subarachnoid hemorrhage following the collision late Tuesday night. Scott was taken to Mercyhealth where she was pronounced dead.
Investigators shut down the area for nearly nine hours to reconstruct the crash. Rockford officers tell 23 News they are still looking into what caused the accident.

UPDATE: ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) - The Winnebago County Coroner's Office says the woman involved in a single-car accident at Kishwaukee and Sandy Hollow Tuesday has died.
The coroner's office has not released the name of the woman at this time.

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A driver is being treated for life-threatening injuries after a single car accident.
The crash occurred Tuesday around 9:35 p.m. near the intersection of Kishwaukee Street and Sandy Hollow Road.
Traffic investigators were on the scene of the crash.
The city of Rockford put out a notice this morning to avoid the area for the next few hours because of this accident.
