ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) -- After the recent sale of the Clock Tower Resort, the owners have decided to auction off what is left inside.
Items left at the former Rockford landmark will go up for auction on August 24th, 2017.
The auction will include pieces of hotel room and suite furniture, restaurant equipment from the old Tilted Kilt Restaurant as well as the entire lot of slides and water park equipment left from the Coco Key Water Resort.
The resort was sold back in May for $3 million to a group of investors, including Rockford based Ringland Johnson CEO Brent Johnson. 23 News reached out to Johnson to discuss the auction later this month, calls were not returned.
The auction will take place at 10:00 a.m.
