The Roscoe United Methodist Church is asking for your help to collect items needed for the Alabama Disaster Recovery.

ROSCOE (WIFR) -- The Roscoe United Methodist Church is asking for your help to collect items needed for the Alabama Disaster Recovery.

There is an collection trailer in front of the Roscoe Methodist Church, 10816 Main Street. The items listed below can be dropped off from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. every day until Saturday at 4:00 p.m.

Paper and plastic:
Plastic and paper plates or bowls
Paper towels, and napkins
Plastic cups
Plastic spoons, knives, forks
Trash bags
Diapers, especially larger sizes
Baby bottles
Plastic gloves to handle food.

Non-Perishable Food:
Dry or powdered milk
Powdered Eggs
Big bags of corn meal
Granola bars
Cereal
Tea and coffee
Dry creamer and sweetener
Baby formula
Peanut butter and jelly
Pasta
Canned meats, soups, sauces
Ketchup and mustard

Personal Hygiene:
Shaving cream and razors
Female products
Toothpaste and toothbrush
Soap and shampoo
Deodorant
Sunblock
First aid products

Accessories:
Ponchos
Pillows
Batteries - AA, C, 9, 9V
Can openers
Kerosene lamps
Printer paper
Work gloves
Laundry and dish detergent
