Rockford IL (WIFR) -- A local swim team is making a splash in the community. The Guilford Valkyries will present splashing through time, a synchronized swimming show.

We caught up with the girls as they practices their aquatic acrobatics. The Valkyries are the only synchronized swimmers in the Nic-Ten Conference, and have about two-dozen athletes on the squad.

The show features eleven-acts inspired by six different decades of history! You can catch the performance tomorrow at seven or Saturday at eleven a-m or seven p-m.
