The current owner is Roger Bryden. He says he bought the vacant building last year because he owned adjacent property he also wanted to sell. Bryden says the fair market value on the courthouse was set about $300,000 in 2006, with the parking lot worth another $150,000. The Beloit Auction Service will conduct the auction on November 17th.
