WINNEBAGO STREET VIADUCT ROAD CLOSURE

The Winnebago Street Viaduct between Cedar St. and Cunningham St. will be closed to traffic from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM on Thursday, June 18, 2009. The Rockford Park District will be installing hanging baskets. No thru traffic will be allowed during this time. Detours will be posted.
Work is expected to be completed and the roadway open to traffic by 9:30 AM on Thursday, June 18, 2009.
Citizens are urged to use extreme caution when traveling near construction zones.
