The Storm Prediction Center still highlights the Stateline with a slight risk of severe thunderstorms Friday afternoon and evening. Below you'll see that areas to our South stand the greatest risk of severe weather. The area within the red circle is under a MODERATE risk for severe weather.

Sun has broken out, at least partially, over the past few hours, allowing for our airmass to become increasingly unstable. With temperatures rising to near 80° and dew points (the amount of moisture in the air) into the mid 60s, it shouldn't be too hard to get storms going. The best window for storm development will be within the 4:00 to 6:00 time frame.
Should storms get organized, we'll update this space with regularity, and start a live blog to allow you to receive instantaneous updates and to give you the chance to ask questions in real time! Stay tuned!
Update: 5:00 PM -- Storm Prediction Center hints that a Weather Watch could be coming within the next hour or so.
