Annoyed by Morning Show "Noel"

Am I the only one annoyed by the "Noel" that shows behind Andy every morning? It looks like one of those bugs in the corner of the screen that a lot of networks push onto the viewers, only in the upper right corner in stead of in the lower corners...

if you seriosly pay attention that much to there back round and not them you have got issues i love the morning show those guys crack me up i watch them not there back round get a life or watch a different channel if it bugs you so much and to add to that do you really think the backround changes the show?
