Posted April 14, 2010 Nearly two months after 55-year-old Emory Weems died after being shot in his home, police are still investigating what happened. As the trail grows colder, a suspect remains on the lam. Police say they're looking for a white male in his 30s, around six feet tall with brown hair. He had a clean shave and a black baseball cap. Are you concerned it could happen again, or should this case be shuffled away into the Cold Cases file?
