1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme Leaves

8 Cloves Garlic , Thin Sliced
Preheat oven to 500. Place shrimp in ovenproof casserole, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil. Add crushed garlic, toss to coat. Roast in oven until pink, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Heat olive oil and add garlic slices. Cook until garlic begins to brown and curl. Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper.
Remove shrimp, drizzle generously with red pepper oil.
Sprinkle with thyme and toasted garlic
