1 cup any good Red Hot Sauce (e.g. Durkee or Frank’s)
2/3 cup melted Butter
Black pepper & Garlic Powder to taste
Intensify the flavors as desired with Jalapenos, Cayene Pepper, or Tabasco
Sauce is good with chicken wings or any Buffalo style chicken or shrimp. For wings frying is preferred. Chicken legs can also be substituted to cut the fat content. After baking or frying, coat with sauce and bake another 10 – 15 min.
