3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 - 5 Cloves of Garlic , sliced or chopped
1 - 2 lbs Fresh Tomatoes , coarsely chopped
About 6 Fresh Basil Leaves
Salt & Pepper to taste
Heat olive oil and add garlic, stirring until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, basil ,salt and pepper. Over medium to low heat cook for about 5 min. stirring frequently.
