8oz. Cod Filet
Italian Parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Place cod filet in a baking dish add enough water to cover bottom of pan by about 1/2 inch deep. Season filet with salt , pepper, garlic powder. And paprika ,to taste. Place one tablespoon butter on each filet. Top with fresh chopped parsley.
Bake, covered at 475 degrees, for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the filet.
