Lino's Artichokes & Peas with Pasta


4-5 Cloves of Garlic sliced
6T Olive Oil
2 pkg Quality Frozen Artichokes
or Fresh Artichokes
1/2c Fresh or Frozen Peas
1/4 c White Wine
1/2t Marjoram or Oregano
1 Lb Pasta


Saute garlic in olive oil . Add Artichokes cook til begin to soften. Add white wine and peas , cook the alcohol off the wine. Drain cooked pasta and put in a large serving bowl. Pour artichoke mixture over cooked pasta. Toss and serve.
