One pound of Your Choice of Pasta
One Head Cabbage Course Chopped
¼ Cup Olive Oil
5-6 Cloves Garlic , Sliced
Salt & Pepper to Taste
In a small saute pan add olive oil and garlic. Stirring , cook garlic until golden, careful not to over cook. Bring large pot of water to a boil ,salt water and cook cabbage. Using a strainer lift cabbage from water to large bowl. Cook pasta in same water until al dente. Add cabbage back to pasta and strain together. Transfer to a large bowl , pour olive oil and garlic over and toss to coat.
