Ingredients
1 6 oz pkg lime gelatin (or two 3 oz ones will work)
1 ½ cup boiling water
8 ounces cream cheese, room temp.
1/4 cup sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 cup 7-Up
1 tsp vanilla (opt.)
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water & stir in cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold. Refrigerate until firm.
