5 Garlic Cloves Minced
1/3 cup Olive Oil
3 Onions, sliced into Crescents
¼ cup Parsley chopped
3 - 4 Eggs
4Tlb Grated Cheese
Pepper to Taste
Brown garlic in oil. Add onions, gently sauté until brown and crunchy.
When onions are done add parsley . Cook pasta, while pasta cooks beat eggs and cheese. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl, fold in the egg mixture ( heat from the pasta will cook the eggs). Fold in onions parsley and pepper to taste.
